Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging StrivOps for services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StrivOps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using strivops.com and engaging StrivOps for services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of StrivOps. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services

StrivOps provides IT services including but not limited to cloud solutions, DevOps consulting, web development, mobile application development, cybersecurity assessment, and graphic design. All service engagements are governed by a separate service agreement or statement of work (SOW) executed between StrivOps and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on strivops.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of StrivOps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. For client engagements, intellectual property ownership is defined in the service agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, StrivOps retains ownership of all tools, frameworks, and reusable components developed during an engagement. Custom deliverables created specifically for a client are transferred to that client upon receipt of full payment.

4. Confidentiality

StrivOps treats all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client business information, technical details, or proprietary data to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. Clients engaging StrivOps may be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive engagements. Where no NDA exists, these Terms govern the handling of confidential information.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms are: - A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before work commences - Remaining balance is due upon project completion or per milestone schedule - Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed - Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on overdue balances - StrivOps reserves the right to pause or terminate work on accounts with outstanding payments

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StrivOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

StrivOps warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our services. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including client-side implementation and market conditions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination: - The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date - StrivOps will deliver all completed work product to the client - Confidentiality obligations survive termination We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. For international clients, disputes may be resolved through arbitration by mutual agreement.
